Schichtführer (m/w/d)
Für unseren Standort in 35260 Stadtallendorf suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Schichtführer (m/w/d) in Vollzeit zur Verstärkung unseres Teams.
Deine Aufgaben
- Führung und Koordination eines Teams innerhalb der Schicht
- Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Arbeitsablaufs im operativen Tagesgeschäft
- Überwachung und Optimierung von Prozessen sowie Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards
- Personaleinsatzplanung und Unterstützung bei der Einarbeitung neuerMitarbeiter
- Verantwortung für Sicherheit, Ordnung und Sauberkeit im Arbeitsbereich
Dein Profil
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, idealerweise im Bereich Lagerlogistik oder vergleichbar
- Erste Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung wünschenswert
- Organisationsstärke sowie eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Gute deutsche Sprachkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Zuverlässigkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Teamfähigkeit
